Michael G. Fletcher, Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Michael is a co-founder and shareholder of RIDE Television Network with over 25 years experience as an investor and entrepreneur in the media industry. Michael’s experience includes the radio, television, and advertising industries. He served as president and a shareholder of Firestone Communications, where he led the launch of the nationally distributed children’s channel, Sorpresa. Before launching RIDE TV, Michael created and launched Studios 121, a satellite uplink facility and television production studio in Fort Worth, Texas.

Craig Morris, President & Board Member

Craig Morris is a nationally recognized horse trainer, world champion competitor, television producer and on-air personality. His reach and influence within the world of trainers, owners, breeders and associations is held in high esteem throughout the equine world. Craig has been inducted into the National Cutting Horse Association’s “Riders Hall of Fame” and his lifetime winnings are more than $2,000,000. He pioneered the creation of “Silverado,” the first equestrian themed housing development in Texas that offers horse shows, sales, public exhibitions, and events. Craig also hosted and produced a successful television program that aired on RFD Network for five years.

Kenneth H. Jones, Jr., Chairman

Kenneth Jones is a private investor and horse enthusiast, and has been involved in a number of successful companies. Kenneth was a partner in the Decker, Jones law firm of Fort Worth, Texas until he retired in 1995. He served as the Vice-Chairman of KBK Capital Corporation, a director of Infosphere, and was involved as an early participant and shareholder in AmeriCredit Corp from its inception until it was sold to General Motors in 2010 for $3.5 billion. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Texas Wesleyan University and is currently involved in Republic Business Credit, a private company headquartered in New Orleans.

Mike Clark, Executive Vice President of International Operations & Board Member

Mike oversees the day-to-day operations of RIDE TV. He is a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer and has managed major military budgets, personnel, and operations, including leading the Kuwaiti resistance. Mike has been involved in the media industry since 2008.

Ann Morgan Jones, Board Member

Ann began her career in mortgage banking in the mid 60’s and worked for Fort Worth Mortgage Company, now Colonial Savings, for close to 30 years. Ann’s love for horses began in the thoroughbred industry and developed into an interest in cutting horses, where she was introduced to Craig Morris. She believed in Craig’s vision for RIDE TV, and wanted to be a part of it. She has been married to Kenneth Jones for over 45 years. They have two boys, Ralph and Brian and six grandsons. She now spends time breeding horses and enjoying RIDE TV’s climb to success!

Edward A. Burger, Board Member

Ed Burger began his career as a Certified Public Accountant in Kansas, before moving on to various financial and business endeavors. He spent 10 years in the finance department of AFG Industries, Inc., a Fortune 500 glass manufacturing company, before it was sold. He currently serves as the president of R D Hubbard Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned investment company. For almost 30 years he has overseen private equity investments, including acquisitions, expansions and divestitures. His projects have included the development of Bighorn Gold Club in Palm Desert, California, shopping centers, horse racetracks, casinos and radio stations, among others. He currently serves on the boards of many entities, including Ruidoso Downs Racing, Inc., a prominent horse racetrack in New Mexico.

Dana Frix, Board Member

A former Managing Partner of the New York-based international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke, Dana has advised media companies for twenty-five years, including serving as outside general counsel to a top-20 U.S. cable company for seven years. Dana is CEO of the Frix Advisory Group and Managing Director of Utilicom Advisors. He serves on the boards the Whitaker Peace and Development Initiative, an international peace-building non-profit organization founded by the artist and activist, Forest Whitaker, and Savi Technology, an Alexandria, Virginia-based provider of sensor technology and big data/machine learning analytic solutions to the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO, and international companies with complex supply chain needs. Dana is a founding advisor to the World Champions Rodeo Alliance.

J. Charles Powell, Board Member

Charlie Powell is President and CEO for Ciera Bank. His career spans over three decades, and his legacy lies in the long-term relationships he has established throughout his career and his mentorship of countless young professionals. He is the recipient of the Association of Fundraising Professionals 2016 National Philanthropic "Outstanding Volunteer'' award, the 2008 Leadership and Community Service Award from the Chamber of Commerce, the Distinguished Citizens Award from the Boy Scouts of America, the 2011 Distinguished Leadership Award from the Northeast Tarrant County Leadership forum, and the 2011 Banker of the Year Award from the Tarrant County Bankers Association. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he offers an extensive amount of time to the community. During 2013, he served as Co-Chair for the Tarrant County United Way Campaign, with son James, which was the first father-son team in the 91 year history of the Tarrant County United Way. He is currently Chairman of the Board for John Peter Smith Hospital and Healthcare Network, served on the Fort Worth Economic Development Council, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, and the Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council Executive Board. He currently Chairs the Make-A-Wish Regional Council. He is dedicated to promoting educational initiatives and has served as a board member of the Alliance for Higher Education, Texas Can Academy Foundation, Chairman of the H.E.B. ISD Education Foundation and chaired the H.E.B. Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and completed the American Bankers Association National Commercial Graduate Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, Southwestern School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, and the University of Pennsylvania The Wharton School, Financial Management of Commercial Banks.


Peter Clifford, Senior Vice President of U.S. Distribution

Peter is responsible for distribution of RIDE TV in the U.S. Peter's distribution experience includes five years at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), as their Senior Vice President of Distribution and Affiliate Marketing, where he built the pre-curser to the WWE Network, WWE Classics On Demand as well as overseeing all PPV agreements and affiliate marketing. Peter also served as the Regional Vice President and General Manager at Golf Channel.
