Protein French Toast


  • 1 piece of whole grain or low carb bread*
  • 2 Tbsp egg whites
  • 1/3 scoop protein powder of choice
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 packet stevia


  1. Spray skillet and heat.
  2. Mix ingredients in a bowl and then dip bread on both sides in bowl completely coating.
  3. Cook on each side about 1-2 minutes until golden.
  4. Top with Walden Farms calorie free syrup, greek yogurt, berries, peanut butter, etc.!
