#skinnyminute Chocobout Skinny Strawberries

Skinny chocolate covered strawberries:


  • Strawberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened raw cocoa powder or cacao
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ¼ cup unrefined, expeller pressed coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon nut butter (I like almond butter)
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • Heat up a double boiler
  • Add the coconut oil, honey, nut butter, salt, and cocoa powder to the double boiler. Stir often until the ingredients are uniformly mixed and melted
  • Remove from heat
  • Dip strawberries in the chocolate and lay on wax paper
  • Top with desired toppings (sea salt, coconut flakes, etc.)
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened and store in airtight container
