Horses That Heal Screening and Street Fair

We recently hosted a public screening and street fair in the ever popular Fort Worth West 7th District.

Overall, the event was well attended! Patrons of the street fair enjoyed stick horse races, dummy roping, and the chance to meet “Claude.” That’s right, we brought a live horse to the West 7th area…this IS cowtown after all.

The Movie Tavern on West 7th was kind enough to donate two movie theaters to the screening. Each theater held roughly 130 screening participants.

Rather than bore you with typing out all of the day’s details, we decided to feature images from the event for today’s #WordlessWednesday blog post.

Even CBS Channel 11 News made it out to the event!

Riders from a local equestrian center greet “Claude.”

Singer/songwriter Callie Twisselman prepares to entertain the crowd.

Stick horses were especially popular among the kiddos…..and adults.
